Compression Works was founded by an emergency physician and a flight surgeon who saw the same problem from two angles — the trauma bay and the battlefield. Bleeds that limb tourniquets can’t reach were killing patients who should have lived. The AAJT-S is what they built to change that arithmetic.
A decade later, the device is the most studied in its class — featured in over 70 scientific publications and trusted by EMS systems, hospitals, militaries, and special operations teams in more than 30 countries.
